Cartel Coin Issue

I am unable to purchase cartel coins either in game or on the website.

In game I get a message stating that an error has occurred while processing your request. Try again later, Error code 10. On the website I get the following error

SWTOR.com is temporarily unavailable as we are experiencing extremely high traffic. Please check back again soon, or visit our Twitter account for details!

Their twitter has nothing about this. This has been going on almost a month now.

I've tried doing the in game ticket, however they are useless with their replies and either do not understand what I am telling them, or deflecting from what my issue is.  either way they remain useless.

Anyone else have this issue or know how to resolve it?

if this occurred yesterday (billing system yesterday) have you tried a different web browser in case it is caching the web page itself ?

Bot can trigger a fraud block if multiple purchases are done within minutes of each other

@proxos666 This happened to me as well. My subscription is fine, but when I tried purchasing CC, it shows me the same page. Thing is I waited hours after my subscription to purchase CC.

Swtor CS advise try to use a different payment method for the cartel coins that should do the trick

@proxos666 Okay, I understand. One last question. Is it possible to get refunds from failed transactions?

My understanding failed transactions are that failed so banking side should remove the charge after a few days , otherwise swtor cs refund the purchases if they actually process through ok, but those transactions say closed.
