Capped at level 60... lost 400k XP

I seem to have reached a level 60 cap. I thought this cap was removed five years ago or so?

I've just lost out on 400k XP, how can i get this retrospectively added to my account, and the level cap lifted?

to level past the f2p limit and get to level 75 you need to subscribe for 30 days
