Cant synchronise inventory, cant change car decal, cant earn money. (PS4)

As stated in the title the game is now completely useless. I cant play solo as i cant synchronise offline inventory to match EAs inventory. If the game does allow me to play it i cant earn money or change anything on my car. The game is now completely useless.
