Cant open apex packs in Belgium [ Edited ]

I can’t access the Apex packs tab it’s grayed out. I’m playing in Belgium but my EA account and steam account is Canadian. How can I fix this?

Hey @K_Kazma04,

I've moved your post over to its own thread in the Apex Legends boards as the original thread was a bit older.

Apex Packs and loot boxes in general are not available in Belgium I'm afraid.

If that is where you're playing from, then you would not have access to purchase those and would receive crafting materials in their place when leveling up.

and thank you for your reply, is there anyway I can purchase Alex pack maybe by changing my region?
