Cant link new device because of wrong underage account

Hi, I need to move my account from androis to apple. I don't have the "link device" button because of my age being wrongly set as underage. How can i move the account? 

I feel it is really frustrating that we still have these problems, even more if, like in my case, we spend so much money on this game.
