Cant link my steam account now

Someone got into my account and linked their Steam. I cant link mine.

How? i got nly one account so why is no working that?

I'm already on the account number. Cancel it. A connection to someone else's account. It still shows when I connect with my own steam account My account is connected to someone else's steam account.
