Cant launch Battlefront II on pc from expansion drive. [ Edited ]

I recently got battlefront 2 and I downloaded it onto my expansion drive so I didn't have to download it on my main pc cause the download speed is really bad but when I try launched it, it says

This title may have been downloaded to your device by another user who owns the game. Log in to a different account or restart the app to try again.

I've restarted the app many times and this still pops up and I've made sure I'm on the correct account that has this game bought. How do I fix this so I can launch it.

Installing/downloading something to an expansion drive (external HDD) has nothing to do with your download speed. Do you maybe mean that you don't have enough storage left on your internal HDDs/SSDs of your PC and that you, because of that, had to install it on an external HDD?
