Cant finish MUT tour

I just got madden 19 and chose to do the MUT tour, It is now on the fourth section and I can't finish it, it says I don't have a lineup, but when I try to make a lineup it doesn't let me and sends me back to the tour. Does anybody have any ideas?

Are you still having trouble with this? Any way you can record a clip and send it so we can see what's happening from your end?

Yeah, still can't do anything, when I chose one of the options it just sits on the white screen till I back out of it, I've tried to wait because I thought it might be loading, but that doesn't work either.

Which platform do you play the game on? (PC, Xbox One, PlayStation 4)

@EA_Blueberry I play pc I got the game on origin, and I already tried to uninstall the game, and repair the game files. Nothing has worked, I looked it up and nobody else has my issue, so I'm kind of in a pickle considering the whole reason I got the game was for MUT

Can you upload a DxDiag for me real quick so I can look at your system specs? Can you take a screenshot of the section where it goes white on your screen, too?

@EA_Blueberry  I attached a DxDiag file to this reply, and a couple of screenshots. In one of the screenshots, it shows go to the player lineup or goes to the coach thing, just know both of those options leads to a white screen, and hitting continue sends me back to the menu.

Do you have Origin and Madden installed under the same drive? Any way you can reinstall it on the other one?

I'm leaning towards this possibly being a desync from the servers. Have you rebooted your local network yet? We have some steps below I strongly advise giving a look. If you're able to log into your router's admin panel please check if there's a firmware update.
