Cant do executor event

Can't do executor event cuz there is no option to relic Admiral Piętt to R8. There is 4h till end of the event and i can't log in into SWGOH. Before it II had enough resources to upgrade relicts to r8 but button convert wasn't active. Wth? And now I cant logg in. I dont have ss cuz I thiought it is bluestuck issue so I switched of the gamę. I tried logo in by mobile but I cant do it now.
