Cant connect to server (battle for neighborville) using PS4

I can't connect to ea server for this game, please help. I just bought the game 2 days ago via PS store. Thanks

I would recommend trying these steps:

You can also try restoring the licenses and doing a hard reset on your Console:

Select Settings > Account Management > Restore Licenses, then fully turn off your Console for 30 seconds or so and turn it back on.
