I can not play BF 5 each time on BFV play, only prologue and then says lost connection to EA servers can anyone help me and sorry for my bad english

Hade the same problem as VNZOZ.
Talkt to EA support that could confirm that my account was ok.
What was my problem, was "GeForce NOW", uninstalled and restarted the computer, and now i can play BFV, BF1 and BF4.
Hope this helps somebody.

Did you follow the steps there and what steps did you do? How did you do it and what were the results?

I did the above steps and tried several other ways but still the same

Could be your firewall or Windows Defender, do you have both?
I´ve read that turning off the Defender solved this issue for some players, could you try if it works?

I am also having this issue. Keep getting force to do prologue missions. After i am not able to go online at all. I also keep getting forced to do the prologue and it doesn't save my settings.

Hey everyone,
I know it's not ideal but have you tried reinstalling the game to see if that helps fix this for you?
