Cant connect to EA online services on the main menu [ Edited ]

hi just had bf1 one on pre ordered yesterday but when I load the game in to the menu I cant connect to ea online for some reason I hard reset everything but nothing seems to work I need some advice because I got the early enlister edition and cant play my game that is * I paid more money to play it early not to get ripped off can some get back to me asap because I paid an extra £20 pound
