Every time I try to connect to online it come up with error invalid process why can't I connect

Keeps saying my profile is offline... can't do challenges or level up.

Can you try power cycling the console and let me know if you're able to reconnect? You may have been trying to play the game the moment a patch dropped. Power cycling the console will ensure you receive the latest update upon re-launching the game.

When I try to access the player hub I get this error. I am able to access the rest of the game but player hub doesn’t work.
