Cant connect online on ufc 4

Every time I try to connect to online it come up with error invalid process why can't I connect

Keeps saying my profile is offline... can't do challenges or level up.

I installed the game. When I launch the game it shows me offline so I can’t level up. Whenever I go to player hub it gives me an “Error: Invalid Process.”....

Can you try power cycling the console and let me know if you're able to reconnect? You may have been trying to play the game the moment a patch dropped. Power cycling the console will ensure you receive the latest update upon re-launching the game.

@ELC0NQUI5TAD0R I have the same issue! Spoke to EA help and they tried telling me it was my ISP blocking ports...

Every other EA game I have works fine and signs in no problem.

@Holtyyy Just for reference, I have tried the following and it didn’t fix it:

Quitting, restarting the game.
Power cycling my console.
Uninstalling the game completely and redownloading it.
Unlinking and delinking my Xbox and EA account.

None of the above worked.

When I try to access the player hub I get this error. I am able to access the rest of the game but player hub doesn’t work.
