Cant buy apex pack

Hi, I play on ps4 and I buy foundateur pack but I cant use my coins in store because The tab apex pack is lock what can I do ? i try to desinstal/reinstal but it s still dont work

i can't buy them either on PC.
but i think it's because i'm in Belgium (some countries have specific laws about lootboxes)

as it seems EA is blocking lootboxes from other games in Belgium and i've had this happen with Overwatch too, this could well be the answer to my situation.

you sound like you could be french-speaking, are you by any chance also Belgian?
i'm still looking for the official info on this, i'll come back if i know anything.

We can buy lootbox at the end of the season pass, It's a tier so it's more like a "tierbox" but still a lootbox and it's not banned in Belgium because is not a lootbox

if they would do something like they do in battlerite "One guarenteed legendary per pack" or something then it's allowed by belgium law because you know exactly what you're gonna get and it's not seen as gambling, but because it says "7,4% chance of legendary" belgium sees it as gambling, wich isn't allowed...
