Cant buy anythink

Hi guys ? cant buy anythink for 2 weeks because i have this error 
Redirection Strategy Error
An error has occurred while trying to redirect your request. Please, try again later.

Try to call support but they say what its ok on there side but if its okey, how can i buy somethink ? 

Cant even enter credit card or paypal account 

Please help me !!!

Usual solve for the redirection strategy error is to remove all payment methods on the swtor account and the linked ea account (there is one) and then re-add the payment method to the swtor account.
