Cant access my online with my games -my account is invalid all of a sudden

I Cannot play my games i have online at all you guys blocked me saying my account is invalid i have been playing for yrs with no problem and now 2 weeks ago im going through this problem ive talked to 7 live chat people which they are all just copy and paste robots no real help then i filled out your recovery form and still no help if its not your lootboxes its pay to win and now its ur forcing us to have an ea account so we can play the games we brought so u guys can control them even more
