Cant Access my SwKotor Account / one time password

Hello im from Argentina, and i have problem with the One time password, i update all my profile details even my email but i forget to update the email in my profile of SWKOTOR, and now when im try to login into my account i get the message that i need the One time password and the old hotmail mail doesnt exist anymore because i delete.

i search a lot and update all my details in my origin account, and in my EA profile but nothing of that works.

so pls i need your help to recover my swkotor account.

its there a free phone number where i can call from argentina?
