Canot even load in

Spent over 30 minutes to try to load into trios ranked and arenas ranked to no avail..

 

Respawn and EA what is the matter with your game?

 

we as gammers thought  you fixed this?

Sure thing! I appreciate you giving all those steps a try. I know this has been really frustrating to deal with. 

 

We are still investigating and working on fixing the lingering connection issues that many people have been reporting. Hopefully it's something we can get fully sorted out soon. Thanks for your patience while we're working on this.

What's happening exactly when you're trying to join a game? Are you getting any error messages? If so, what is the error you've been seeing?

thank you for replying it is much appreciated.

 

so I did not get any error messages.

 

I started up Apex via origin loaded up fine. so I think cool I can play.

 

I click on ranked arenas to join a game 15 minutes later it is still searching I decide arenas is broke so I click cancel and then click to join ranked trios same thing happened waited 15 minute to no avail.

 

after the fun 30 minutes of trying to play I decided to post.

 

not happy right now.

 

again thank you for responding and I hope the info I provided will help you to help others fix the game.

 

I am now going to try to play again in the next few minutes. if it does not work I will let you know.

Thanks! I appreciate the info. 

 

Can we try a few things to see if we can help with the connection issues you've been seeing? First, I'd recommend starting off with the basic connectivity steps from the EA Help website. If you're still having any trouble after that check out the platform-specific steps as well: 

 

- PC

- Xbox

- PlayStation

 

Let me know if you're still having any trouble getting into a match after that. Thanks!

I really do appreciate your time and effort to help me out.

 

On Friday I had no problems loading into games. However some had a lot of Lag.

 

Connection Issue is not with my PC, but rather with EA, Origin, Respawn servers. I do thank you for suggesting that I check though as my PC/Internet could have been the problem.

 

EA, Origin, and Respawn need to get down to business to resolve the connectivity on their end as well as the various Lag issues, bugs and all of the code leaf, code well etc. problems that keep showing up. Matchmaking for Arenas ranked is also messed up I keep getting matches (30 %of the time) that are 2V3 or 3V2. 

 

I know hope you CM's are communicating this up and I know you are all very busy trying to help us all out.

 

Keep up the good work, hopefully you all will get things fixed soon.
