Cannot upgrade star cards

I cannot upgrade any of the star cards for all of the classes. I intentionally saved my crafting parts to upgrade after the patch and I am blocked from all upgrades.

That is for the next upgrade.. Not this one. To upgrade, you have the earn skill points by playing.

In April you will be able to convert your crating parts to SP's
