Cannot subscribe to SWTOR

my swtor.com username is rama-one

swtor support directed me to u guys cause they said that my origin account is frozen. I did the passward changes etc, cleared browsers, log from even different pc's but the problem remains

You have another EA/Origin account that has the Persona ramakin1 that account needs a password reset to restore purchasing on the swtor account
