Cannot pull old account from email - stopped playing sn 1

I have two emails both of which do not pull my old account from launch to Season One. Both emails pulled a brand new account that I had to name.I stopped playing due to my PC having hardware malfunctions and since resolved this issue. 

My ign was/is geekdouttt

Can someone help me with this? I spoke to chat support for nearly two hours last weekend and was directed to post here for more assistance... ironic?
