Cannot play plant vs zombie warfare2

I just brought Plant vs Zombie warfare2 on PS4.

I cannot play game because when I want to login, I cannot type any of characters to the tab. I try to restart game or delete and install again but it still cannot type. Please help.

@rrorose Does the keyboard appear? Can I check what language your console is set to?

the keyboard had appeared, how do I check my console set? other games the keyboard is shown in English.
