Cannot login with my xbox account and play online with my xbox account

So when ever I downloaded battlefield 1 and played it, it automatically put me on offline mode and said when I went to multiplayer "Sorry, you are not eligible to participate in this activity. See help.ea.com/article/not-able-to-connect-to-online-play for additional information." So I went to that website, and I met all of the requirements so I went to try and sign into my xbox account on the ea help website and said "

Account Ineligible

We're sorry, but your EA account or your Xbox Live account is not eligible.

Click the button below to logout your microsoft account." So at this point I have no idea what to do.
