Everytime I attempt to log onto EA servers and play Battlefield V I get a message saying, "you have lost connection to EA servers." I also get an error code of 2000. I've tried restarting the game, my xbox one, and my internet router. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the game twice and deleted all of my saved files multiple times. Someone please help me find a solution to this.

I recieve the following error when I try to get online. "online features will be unavailable.Please try again. please check ea.com for more info. (2000)" I am connected to the internet...downloaded a game while I've been troubleshooting this. I have also done a hard reset and searched for game and system updates. I am at a loss.
