Cannot load saved games

I save the campaign game as a file called Save1. Then I tried to load that Save1 file from within a game. It cannot reload the game. It just give you a black blank screen with the cursor showing only.

But if you go to the Main Menu and Load the saved game from there, It will keeps showing the loading screen with the rotating circle. After 20mins has passed, it is still stuck at the loading screen.

It will just stuck there forever as shown in the third picture, Capture3.jpg.
