Cannot install apex it just cancels the download

So after nearly a week and many many hours awake. I cannot install Apex on my Windows 10 64 bit I76600U 12 gb ram with a nividia Ti1050 8gb vram card. I click on download and it does nothing but show preparing shows 20% prepare then shows the first image below.

I was also contacted by an EA rep on the phone whome told me the exact same things i have already tried. He hung up on me mid sentence.

So about 96 hours awake no coffee and no sleep. running on fumes and anger. Yall need to just port the game to steam and call it a day. cause your launcher sucks.

while i've tried everything including changing computers to see if my laptop could install it. IT CANT. this is on your side and its preventing me from playing a game ive wanted to try.
