Cannot grant licence. Account status invalid. [ Edited ]

I have apex on steam,i have my account linked with this EA account.I bought a code for 1000 apex coins and redeemed it on the myaccount.ea.com page but when i opened the game on steam,the apex coins weren t showing on my account and they still don't...so i downloaded origin and tried to open the game from origin(thinking that this could solve the problem) but when i try to open the game,it gives me an error: Cannot grant licence.Account status invalid. I tried to change my password but it didn t do anything,tried connecting from other computers,same result.Do u know how can i resolve this problem and how to get the apex coins?
