Cannot get past the continue screen in the menu.

I cannot get past the continue screen (at the menu) on any of my devices. Every time I try to get past the continue screen it goes black for a second and then shows the continue screen again. This happens endlessly with no way past it. However, if I switch to a different account on the same deceives it works fine... No matter where I try to play I can't get into my account, but other accounts can get past it. Very strange loop.

I have tried on Origin, and steam on two separate devices. Seems to be account related.
