Cannot download game at all

Cannot even download the game. Its different every time of why i cant download it. right now it says the login service is unavailable, so i restart my computer. then it lets me type my info in just to start the download and then says fatal error cannot update due to drivers and something else not having administrative privileges. ive sat here for hours trying to figure out ANYTHING and to no avail. please help me

Login issue is likely antivirus and firewall so add launcher.exe to the exception lists 

if you have the initial launcher files installed ok then make the changes per this guide they are likely to be less issue with the antivirus
