Cannot create HUT Team

Whenever I try to create a hockey ultimate team, I get an error code that reads as follows:

5E44A00C8A234748-0000000000009999-FD38F0BCEA19BD3E

I went into an EA chat with someone and they gave me troubleshooting options that did not work. I have restarted my console numerous times cleared the alternate MAC address and change the privacy settings to no avail. I am on Xbox and I think I am under the same account that my PS4 team is also under, but the advisor told me that that would not be an issue. I would like to get this resolved so I can begin playing ultimate team on the Xbox as well.

@EA_Aljo Yep it worked after reinstalling a couple times so we’re all good now thanks.
