I have not been able to connect ONCE since I bought the game. Not once. Please fix this. Is there any refund options for ps4? EA and BioWare won’t even address this problem, why are we not storming the castle right now? We can’t play?

I've had the same problem since day one. Been in the game 5 minutes each day and I'm kicked.. unable to rejoin the servers... Xbox one X here though.
Currently on the phone waiting for ea technicians to hopefully give me some idea as to what's going on.

Well I fixed my problem or just found a work around.
If you are like I was you are on a LAN connection through a router. Either my router is old or the game just prefers Wi-Fi.
If you are on a LAN connection try switching your PS4 to a Wi-Fi connection, it will bypass whatever issue the game has with your router.
That is my theory anyhow, it worked for me and I am able to play. Hopefully others will be able to resolve their issues with this solution.

Just happened to me first time today,but never happened before. This is a week since release. So EA you can join Bethesda with the I'm never going to buy your games again list if it's not fixed this weekend..... ridiculous
