Hi!
I have a PS4 and Battlefield 1.
I recently moved to university, and brought my game and console with me.
I have managed to connect my console to the University internet (internet is called "Eduroam") through ethernet.
I have also managed to log into my Playstation Network account and the internet browser also works.
However, I cannot connect to the EA servers, to play online
What do I do?
Need help!

Provide the following port info to your Network Administrator and ask nicely if those could be opened for you, then make up some plausible reason why playing BF1 is vital to your education

I can only connect to local servers (US East) but there are only ever European servers online since the game is old. Would asking my university to open ports fix this problem or is the internet just not good enough?

Hey @-DG-ISSpaniel,
I suggest trying the following Connection steps:
https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/
If need be, asking to open the suggested Ports for Battlefield 1 would work as well.
Here are the steps:

Hope this helps.
Thanks
