Can't claim trooper reward Battlefront 2

Same issue with last specialist gun

I am unable to claim rewards after claiming milestones ?? Also, I am losing loads of battle / experience points when the round / game completes.. In game it will show 20k battle points, but in the summary screen it will only say total points 13.5k ?  anyone else having this problem ?

STAR WARS BATTLEFRONT II (2017)

1/26/18 XBOX ONE X: (Arcade mode)
“Earn 3 stars on every battle scenario. (SOLO)”.

I finished every light side and Darkside Challenge
(tier I, II, III). My game shows 48/48 as completed. Including “the force is with you” challenge.
The arcade challenges still show as 20/21.

The press (A) CLAIM REWARD button is gray.
(I can’t interact with it)

The last mission I had to beat was
“REBELS, BLAST ‘EM” (tier III).

Failed attempts to fix this bug are as follows:

Cold rebooting my console several times, logging out, playing online modes, beating the last challenge “REBELS, BLAST ‘EM” (tier III) again, completing arcade dailies the next day, uninstalling and reinstalling the game.

I cannot find the answer anywhere on the Internet for this one. I attached screenshots as well.

Each challenge is marked as
“ALL TIERS COMPLETED”

Same issue. Mine won't let me claim the Thermal Detonator Expert reward either which I unlocked the same round. Any resolution??

Just letting you know. When I am offline and go into the milestones section it says go online to claim reward and the bar is golden but as soon as I do it goes back to a white bar and I cannot claim it. Hope this will help you fix the problem.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I was playing to get the unlocks for the TL-50, and got a popup saying I completed the 75 kills milestone. I dropped out of the match to claim it and the milestone block for it was greyed out, like I had already claimed it.
What happens when the bug occurs? Going to the Trooper milestones, I always see that it's greyed out. The attachment is also still locked under the Heavy trooper menu. 
What do you expect to see? That the reward is unclaimed.
