Cannot claim weapon mod reward [ Edited ]

It is really embarrassing that they want money from us while not giving any improvements or even updates on this problem. It does not help just saying we are working on it. If so, where is the update? It can't take that long?

Yep, I've had the same problem for the past week with a few achievements. I hope they fix this soon.

I think they will release a season pass for 50 euro, to claim your milestone rewards. C'mon EA, you'r a multi billionare corporation. Making fancy games, with nice display, but 0 content, and tons of bugs. Okay, not every game has 0 bugs, but yours. Even ubisoft has better response to anything, and they have potatoe servers.

One thing I noticed today when I earned an award was that if you immediately go back to the career screen (instead of continuing on playing the next round) you can in fact claim the reward. Though all of the other greyed out awards I’m waiting to claim.. are still unclaimable. Seems like if you don’t claim them as soon as they’re available, you can’t.
EA... fix this please.
