If you have a live.com email that is the ea account that needs to have a password reset

@proxos666 the email linked to this EA account isnt a hotmail.com, the original @DerkaJerka960.com email I made the swtor account with has been locked since 2014, and I ended up having to call customer support and have them change it to this current email.

I have been trying to sub but get "high traffic" message popping no matter what i do. Would appreciate any help pls.

My SWTOR username is BigShaki.

The EA account your posting from is not the linked account, the account with the issue uses a live.com email if you dont have access to that email anymore , best to fill in https://help.ea.com/account-recovery/web-form

The only way to fix swtor purchasing is to sort that ea account

@JoshuaRollinss from swtor perspective there is nothing to fix, this is a deactivated EA account that stops any purchasing on swtor.

The only way this gets sorted, is for you is to gain access to that EA account using that live.com email address , i recommend using the web form i linked previously.

CS cannot see an issue with your account, can you try a different web browser or clear the cache and cookies in the one you are using

I can't get a subsription. 

When i want to buy the 30 days billing subsription it says there is a maintainance and i should try next time.

So i have been trying everyday for the last 2 weeks and it keeps saying that there is a maintainance.

It also says that for more info i got to look to their twitter account but when i look at it i can find no info over a maintainance.

Please help
