Cannot Recover Account for SWTOR

Help! I cannot recover my account information to be able to login and download the game again! I would rather recover this account because I spent long hours getting my characters leveled up and the like and do not want to start at square 1! Any advice would be awesome thank you in advance!

Same here , but problem is far worst , i don't remember my old Email but i have a copy of the game and the product registration code and cd's and everything, when i tried to login with email it said that emails are not used for logins for a while. I mean i was playing when game just came out. and i have couple really well lvl up heroes and stuff , and if i would buy a subscription i would like to buy it there on that old account.

if you call CS (Link to numbers) they will do there best to get you back into your account
