Cannot Post in forums

I'm trying to finalize my Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes forum acct and I keep being told my forum name "Must be between 3-20 characters and must contain letters, numbers, and underscores." Every name I try to chose just gives me this message. I have been a years long member of Origin/EA so why can't I use my name there automatically, much less be unable to even create a new one?

Not sure why it took nearly three days to be able to post in the game forums and not need to create a new 'name' but today I was able to make a reply using my Qwii01 name so consider my issue resolved. 😉😁
