Hello,
I currently cannot play Apex. When I get into a match, about halfway in, sometimes earlier, the game just freezes up. Everything moves in slow motion for a bit and then I can't move or shoot. Sometimes it will resume gameplay after this occurs, but most of the time it crashes and I receive the error on the loading screen:
"Connection to server timed out [code:net]. See ea.com/unable--to-connect for additional information"
As for what I have tried so far, I have cleared DNS cache, restarted my laptop, uninstalled Apex, Network Reset, Graphics settings and probably more I have forgotten by now.
This is for Apex Legends on Steam
Additionally, I have attempted install and play on the EA Launcher and that will not work either. I either get a error in the launcher saying the game has not been released yet or when the game launches that there is a problem with Origins.
The attached images are of the error message itself and some of the icons that popped up on the top rights of my screen whilst the game was freezing up before it crashed for steam, and the EA Launcher error about the game release and the Origins Error.
This has been going on for roughly 3 days. Please provide me any information you may have. I just wanna be able to play Apex again whether it be on Steam or the EA Launcher.
