Cannot Connect to ea servers

I am posting about Apex legends on ps4

i dont know what is wrong these * servers.

every time i want to play Apex Legends it says cannot connect to EA servers.

i have 2 PS4’s

on one it works and on the other my main ps4 it does not work.

i have tried every possible way

deleted the game installed again, Lan cable, wifi anything u name it i’ve tried

IT WILL NOT WANT TO WORK.

what am i supposed to do ?

if anybody has any solution please let me know

On the PS4 that can't connect, are you able to connect to the servers on a different PSN ID from that same console? This way we can determine if it's account-based?

Are you trying to connect while another PS4 is already connected to the servers? This post may be helpful.

No

no id works on the console which does not connect to the server

Are you able to connect to the EA servers on the console you're having trouble with if you disconnect from the internet on the other console?

Yup still the same..

i tried changing the servers from data center but still the same

Are you able to connect to any other EA games on that console? Did you purchase that console from a store or from another person?
