Hello.
I have brought this game yesterday, spent a good amount of time installing and updating etc.
Once on the game, I tried to go online and play Firestorm, the game told me to press RT to connect and each time it tried to connect then said "could not connect to EA Servers"
I use a standard Xbox One ( Not an X or an S ) and use BT Wifi Wireless
A lot of the forums have recommended me to;
Turn off the Xbox for an hour, unplugged ( Done )
Clear MAC on Xbox network settings ( Done )
Turn off the internet for 3 mins ( Done )
Turn off the interest for 10 mins ( Done )
Check my date and time is correct ( Done )
Check my Origin Log in works ( Done )
Play a segment of the BFV ( Done )
Try another game like Fifa that requires EA server login. ( Done )
The only other thing I'm doing is completely uninstalling the game and reinstalling.
Can anyone please give me some other troubleshooting
Thanks,

We had some connectivity issues earlier but it should be fixed now. I'm going to lock down this post because these type of connectivity issues tend to be incident driven. If you experience any connection issues in the future be sure to check our Support Twitter EA Help, Xbox Live Status, and PlayStation Status in case there are outages or maintenance. It's possible the WiFi connection is having trouble syncing up to the Battlefield servers. Have you tried going wired just to test it out?

Try changing the DNS which worked for some other Battlefield titles: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues/i-can-t-go-online-in-battlefield-1-and-battlefield-4/m-p/...

Hi Blueberry,
it's really not as easy as that.
How my lounge is set up doesn't cater for a big wire going from one end of the room to the other, unfortunately going wired isnt an option.
Also, why would BFV have trouble but every other game is fine with connecting to EA?

Not all games of ours connect to the same server. I'm concerned the WiFi connection might not be strong enough to establish an initial link. Any way you can move the Xbox to the router just to test and see if it works on a wired connection? Have you tried rebooting the network and/or tried a different WiFi channel?
