Cancel subscription and pending requests

Hello

Today i've decided to buy monthly subsription to SWTOR. After i filled up my credit card information i pressed next and got this message: "An error has occurred while trying to process your request. Please, try again later. {0}.". Then I tried to pay again for some few times. After all that I receieved 17(!!!!) recepies to pay 299 roubles and you withdrew 60 roubles 4 times from my bank account (240 in total). 
I want you to cancel 17 pending requests for monthly subsriptions and return me my 240 roubles.

Support suggested to discuss the payment issues with your bank , swtor also do not get the 60 x 4 rub that is a validation charge that is auto refunded.

@proxos666the problem is that summ of x4 60 roubles was not refunded to my bank account. My bank said that your side has to cancel those 17 pending payment requests. They say i either have to contact your tech support either block my visa card so you will not withdraw the money when they're on the account.
What can we do about it?
Also my account is still free-to-play so I got neither subscription nor my money back...

be sure to email support@swtor.com so this can be tracked as required, also there is a 5 day queue so will need to be patient

now my understanding of verification charges is they can take 3 - 5 days to return but it depends on the bank

I am checking again if there are any payments on swtor side or if they are all waiting on banking processes to catch up

@proxos666 yes, check them please. I have already e-mailed swtor support, how long will it take for them to respond to my e-mail?
I am worried that I currently have 17 pending requests bcs they are made by mistake (i did try to pay for subscription like 4 times but not 17!!)

Support had another look and said all the purchases on their side show as rejected by your bank

banking stuff can take up to a week to sort itself, swtor support can check again when they respond to your email as it should be about 5 business days from now
