How do I re-start this quest chain? After cancellation is it possible

Have you attempted to talk to general avrun out on the frozen lake ? i doubt the droid will work the second time round

you said you where on the Theoretika though to get there you need to have actually completed the mission fatal flaws

but go talk with avrun on the frozen lake and see if that resolves it for you
