Either myself or Swtor CS will update this thread once anything further is known on this issue

To mention an alternative  (not that it helps at the moment) if you do not want to wait for OTPs anymore, once this is sorted add a security key to your account, this will grant you 100 cartel coins a month.

See my post at this link , even if you do not have a mobile, Winauth for example can be used on the PC itself or a USB stick if need portability and just copy and paste the code into the launcher

Yes, sadly so, Ashinga. While i appreciate what Proxos is doing, i remember the last time i called on the customer service line and it took a long time to get around to my problem. Sorry, but i don't wish to repeat that process. I can wait for the fix.
