Can't use chat in battlefield 5 [ Edited ]

Hey @EA_Atic do you think that the new chat system in battlefield 5 is blocking my ID like it was a "bad word", my ID is Galinha2, i don't know that must be the only reason i think its possible, and my ID in Portugal means "Chicken2" thats just it.

Could be , my name is comedykev but ubisoft ban it because the word * in the middle.   

All other battlefield games it's fine. 

I still hold no hope that dice will fix it as they ignored all the other threads during the alpha and betas. 

Edit: the word d y k e is also banned here on the forum.

Yep the chat is the problem, i changed my name and now i can write, so @EA_Atic can you help me on this? maybe make the devs accept my gamer tag, thats nothing bad, just Galinha2, in English means Chicken2

Bump,so that the Devs can see that names are blocking the chat.

Wait... so it would be my gamertag that would cause this? If so, it should say it somewhere that you've been banned or something... I tried all the abovementionned fixes and it still doesn't work It's weird though because when I go back to Origin, it has an open chat window with the friend I'm playing with (but no text in it). If it's a ban for whatever reason, is there a way to see it somehow?

Where exactly did you "change your name"? I mean, I can't change my name on Origin without creating a new account, can I?

If that's indeed the case then it's quite the interesting bug you have found here. Something that could easily slip through Q&A I'd imagine. Hopefully, it gets fixed in one of the next patches.
