Can't update or redownload the game (XB1)

I've been trying to download the 10gb update and it's been stopped at 71.9% for a few days and will NOT download.. so I uninstalled thinking it was corrupted and now the game won't download at all! stopped completely at 0.9% ..  help?

@Banky007 Hi, thanks for the post. Can you try restarting your system using the steps below, and see if that has any effect?

Clear the Xbox One Cache: 

1. Press and hold the power button on the front of the Xbox until it turns off completely.
2. Unplug the power brick from the back of the Xbox. Press and hold the power button on the Xbox several times to expel any remaining power and clear the cache.
3. Plug in the power brick.
4. Wait for the light on the power brick to change from white to orange.  
5. Turn the Xbox back on as you would normally.

There's no power brick... it's Xbox one x. I power cycled the xbox.. still won't download but other games will update.

Ah, sorry, I'd just used the generic Xbox steps.

Already did this... I still can't download the game.

@Banky007 Do you use any external storage? If so, can you try installing to your internal hard drive?

It's trying to reinstall on my internal hard drive. Still at 88.7%
