Can’t unlock last Hero?

I’ve been playing this game for sometime and the only Hero I have left to acquire is Huge Gigantacus.  I have enough gems, but when I click on the “lock” it only closes his window highlighting his tricks and abilities.  I’ve prob acquired dozens of cards to obtain, but with only a 3% chance of receiving Hero, seems unattainable. 

Help?

They have special packs for HG and BC, but you can buy these special packs only when there are some holiday or celebration (birthday week or something else special).

So just wait until these packs will be available in store.
