Swtor CS cannot see any reason you cant sub on that account, if seeing an issue still , try a different web browser or clear the cache and cookies on the one you use

hello,

I am still having these same issues. I have tried both of those fixes and it hasn't made a difference. I don't get any error codes or anything, the page just refreshes when I click the link to sub, buy cartel coins or enter a code to redeem the cartel coins that I had to purchase from a different site. I have also tried to sub from in-game, i get the message saying that I will be directed to another window, but then nothing happens.

What is the swtor username there is no swtor account tied to TwistedTiel

You need to email support@swtor.com in regards to your issue , seems the linked EA account was deleted , this breaks the swtor account usually permanately

 

hopefully they can do something to sort this for you. 

 

edit - CS can see the email you sent and is in the queue

Confusingly, that can't be the case as I have never requested account deletion, and i'm literally logged into the account right now, and have been playing SWTOR using this account. I have e-mailed them and am just waiting for a reply. Thank you anyway

It was the linked EA/Origin account if that helps but anyways nothing more can be done on the forum

@proxos666 I get the same message when I use my mobile data. I’ve used my phone, my brother’s phone, my laptop, my computer, and a few of my friends’ computers, and get the same codes on everything.

They cant see an issue for BWoodhead at this point , if i get more info tomorrow will let you know

 

also make sure to email support@swtor.com and provide the error you get and also provide the code in the email.

 

that way there is a ticket in the system too
