Can’t stay connected to EA server

★★ Novice

Since 8/15 I have not been able to consistently stay connected to the EA servers and am disconnected approximately 10-20 min into any online game mode including mut, franchise and H2H.  I have done the following: hard reset modem, hard reset router, open ports on router 88, 3074, 53.  Hard reset Xbox one, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, and cleared MAC address.  The issue continues to happen, please investigate what could be causing this, a search online proves multiple people are experiencing this.

Hey Barry, you didn't actually read my post, did you? If you had, you could see that I have already followed all the trouble shooting steps you provided in that link.  Wanna try again and reply with something more helpful? Thanks.

Please be aware there are a number of potential causes of that error that are not strictly connectivity based, such as an underage account, banned account, or an expired subscription (XBL Gold or EA Access for example).

Thanks.

This was an issue for me, and more frustrating than anything is that I just finished a game and got the lost connection message. But now when I go back to continue my Franchise, none of the game saved! I don't understand how this could have happened, if I turn off in the middle of the game it will pick up in the same spot, but now that the game was over, it resets everything? Hopefully you can help me out, Barry because I got XP for my players and coach, and I just want the result of the game back! Otherwise it was a giant waste of time for me.

(And this has happened twice now for me, very frustrating...)

Barry, did you see my message? I would also like some help, and I would like someone to restore my game.
