Can't start the quest Doomsday

Can't start the quest "Doomsday", everytime I click the Ship's Intercom it bounces me. I think its because Lord Scourge is missing nex to the intercom. Please help.

if the mission is in your mission list , if you travel to fleet you should be able to select reset on that mission ?
