Can't start the game

Proceed to the loading screen, but the game ends there.

I tried the following.

1. Repair the apex Legends

2. reubstall the apex legends and Origin.

3. Driver updatate ( It was the latest )

It was suddenly impossible to play the game.

Please tell me the solution.
